All appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, if you are interested in reserving retreat dates for yourself, your deposit (along with the registration application and 2 images of yourself) must be received at The Ayurvedic Center within 5 days of making your reservation.

Your deposit for Pancha Karma is non-refundable and equals 50% of the total cost of your retreat. Once your deposit and registration application are received, you will receive a confirmation by phone or e-mail. If, for any reason, your application is not accepted, then your deposit will be completely refunded.

Please do not make flight arrangements until your retreat appointment has been confirmed. Once here, if you show up late for your treatments, unfortunately you will miss out on that day's treatments and your money will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse anyone at anytime for treatment.
