For the complete Pancha Karma experience, at least 7 days are recommended. However, 1- through 21-day packages are also available.

Basic Pancha Karma - Our basic package costs $280 per day, per person and includes the following:

·         Ayurvedic Consulting: a preparatory phone consultation prior to your arrival, Pancha Karma orientation, a complete Ayurvedic assessment which covers a pulse evaluation, daily consultations to monitor your progress, and a follow up consultation at the end of your Pancha Karma treatment.

·         Special therapeutic diet of Kitchery provided for you daily.

·         Daily traditional Ayurvedic  abhyanga (AKA Abyanga) massage (a synchronized warm oil massage given by 2 therapists at once)

·         Full body steam treatment.

·         Nasya -- the application of a few drops of herbal oils into each nostril (when applicable).

·         Karna Purna -- the application of warm oil into each ear (when applicable).

·         Deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of the treatment.

·         Cleansing procedures are administered when the body is ready.

·         Recommendations for you to take herbal rasayanas (rejuvenatives) after Pancha Karma.

·         A supportive environment that encourages deep self-healing and contemplation.

·         Post-Pancha Karma health and wellness program for healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle practices.

In addition to the above, you can customize your stay with the following optional services:  

• Shirodhara is a deeply relaxing treatment where a continuous stream of warm oil is poured onto your forehead. A must for anyone who has high Vata, is under stress or travels frequently, this process is known to reduce tension and anxiety. Historically Shirodhara was given daily for 14-21 days so the recipient would derive the best benefits.  We offer one though 21 days.

  one hour $125 or series of five - $600

·       Ayurveda education/lifestyle counseling: Being a vast and deep science, there are many aspects of Ayurvedic lifestyle that are pertinent to you as an individual and deeply enhance your participation in their healing process.  We'll provide you with guidance regarding what's best for you.

·         Cooking lessons: Discover how to prepare delicious, healthy meals according to your own dosha.

·         Customized yoga practices: meditation, body postures (yoga) and or breathing exercises (pranayama).  This is truly a great educational experience that can last for years to come.

·         Deluxe Meal Package: Three delicious organic gourmet meals prepared especially for your dosha. Enjoy more variety with your food choices during your Pancha Karma. Sample menu items include; caramelized ginger/carrots, steamed asparagus with cumin and zucchini, blood builder beet soup, customized herbal tea blends, organic white basmati cinnamon breakfast rice and more.

·         Inhalation treatment - The process of inhaling herbal steam is said to strengthen the respiratory system and open the higher channels of your mind. $45.00 

Other charges may be applicable depending on any optional services you may choose (or may be suggested to you during your retreat) or if additional herbs are used during your individualized program.
